Max Session Update : Flash for iPhone Q and A

Just a quick note, but my Max session for Wednesday morning, at ( 9:30 AM) titled “Secret Session : Flash” is now an open Q and A with the Flash Player and AIR teams to talk about creating applications for the iPhone with Flash.

    Will you make a framework that mimics the default iPhone components?

    Will you make an API to access things like GPS?

    - How about the optimizations of each new version of the apple sdk ?

    - And same question as “Nate pearson” : Will you make an API to access things like GPS, Address book, etc… ?

  8. Mike, could you tell during your session if it will be possible to export an application on the iPhone directly from a PC (from Flash CS5 or Flash Builder or any other application)?

  9. I think Adobe should simply “open a hole” to expose some of the iPhone API to the Flash developer. That way, we can access things like the UI kit and provide event listeners to integrate with our app.
