Flash Player 10 Security Changes

with 3 comments

There are quite a few security changes in the upcoming Flash Player 10, some of which may require changes to content or policy files to ensure that content continues to work.

Below are a couple of articles that discuss some of the security changes in Flash Player 10:

If you developer or manage Flash content, then it is important that you read over these articles in order to understand the changes, and what, if any implications they have for your content.

  1. Hi Mike, I hope these changes are required only for content exported for Flash Player 10, right? The word “changes” quite scared me as if I have to change the work I did for Flash Player 9.

  2. I think the problem is not the way you export your project, but the plugin used by the visitor on your website. Then if your visitor have installed flashplayer 10 they will have problems.
