Ajaxian has just posted the PDF download for the Adobe AIR for JavaScript Developers Pocketguide Book (published by O’Reilly). The book is released under a Creative Commons license, and has been update for Adobe AIR 1.0.

You can find all of the information, as well as download the PDF from ajaxian.com.
