It hasn't been in the workshop earlier as it wasn't a "cs3" (the workshop was created for the CS3 launch and product box) -- non CS videos were added to the Design Center. However, we're changing the name and adding Lightroom based on great user feedback that people would like to see it there too :) Jen.
