Flash View Source Menu Item updated (License Support)

with 5 comments

I have updated the Flash View Source library to also allow you to add a context menu item that allows you to specify a link to the type of license that the content is distributed under.

Here is a screenshot of the Flash context menu using the library:

You can find more information, and well as download the code from here.

  1. Nice trick. Maybe they should make it native to FP8?

  2. I would love to have “download Flash file” as well in the menu. As a flash developer it is nice to be able to download the source file but as a normal visitor sometimes I just want to save a SWF file and I usually have to save the whole web page. I actually think download Flash file should be a standard. It just doesn’t make sense to me why Macromedia has disabled it.

  5. This link/library has apparently moved? Can you update your site with the proper link?
