Repost : New Macromedia DevNet RSS Feed

with 6 comments

We have launched a new Macromedia DevNet Center RSS feed. We still have the old feed, but it should be considered deprecated. If you are using the old feed you should switch over to the new RSS feed.

The new feed is an RSS 1.0 feed, and has a lot more information than the old feed.

You can view the feed here:
http://www.macromedia.com/go/devnet_rss

You can find more information on the feeds here.

Btw, if you are curious, we use the RSSify application which will be available on DRK 3 to create the feed.

  1. Mike, I don’t know if you have noticed or not, but for the last week the new feed only returns a blank screen.

  2. Yeah. This is an issue with Internet Explorer. We are trying to track it down right now.

  3. FYI, we have isolated the issue, which has to do with the server setting to correct content and charset types.

we are working on a fix.

How about breaking the feed up (in the same way MSDN has) so that you can have a RSS feed for various DevNet subjects, 1 for Dreamweaver, 1 for CFMX etc.
